This piece is offered at a discount due to the glaze separation on the bottom of the vessel.  During the final kiln firing glaze dripped causing the piece to stick to the kiln shelf and creating sharp edges.  In an effort to smooth out the sharp glaze edges, the smoothing tool created some separation in the glaze.  This piece should not be compromised in any way due to this imperfection.
